Annual Fireworks Spectacular - 2010
Since 2010, the dealerships of the Libertyville Mile of Cars have sponsoredThe Village of Libertyville's annual fireworks spectacular. The support of the Libertyville Mile of Cars helps the Village of Libertyville continue to host this great event in our community. Make sure you get out to the viewing area in Butler Lake Park to enjoy the show this year.
Libertyville Dog Days of Summer - 2014
In the summer of 2014 Acura of Libertyville along with the Libertyville Mile of Cars sponsored Libertyville Dog Days of Summer that featured a dock dog diving competion. Hey, that's Glenn Bockwinkel, President of The Libertyville Mile of Cars, shaking hands with Wayne Messmer. Mr. Messmer was the opening of the even to sing our National Anthem.
5th Annual Holiday Food Drive - 2015
January 2015 saw The Libertyville Mile of cars dealerships wrap up our 5th Annual Holiday Food Drive. During the food drive our dealerships collect food for the Libertyville Township Food Pantry. You may recognize some folks in the photo along with representatives from the Mile of Cars like Terry Wepler, Mayor of Libertyville, and Kathleen M. O' Connoor, a Supervisor from Libertyville Township.
Libertyville Off-site Used Car Sale
The Libertyville Mile of Cars has a really fun time when we do an off-site used car sale. Our last one was just off Park Avenue (Route 176) in the parking lot and on the grass in front of Life Storage. We'll try and have another one really soon.
Libertyville Days Parade
The Libertyville Days Parade is always a great time for the automobile dealerships that make up The Libertyville Mile of Cars. If they are going to close Milwaukee Avenue, there's not much for us to do at the dealerships so LET'S GO TO THE PARADE!!!
Libertyville Mile of Cars Food Drive
The Libertyville Mile of Cars Food Drive is a great event. Each of our dealerships gives customers a discount in our Service Department for every piece of non-perishable food you bring to the dealership. Make sure you visit the dealership sometime between Thanksgiving and just after the New Year.
The community support of the Libertyville Mile of Cars dealerships extend far beyond just the sales tax and jobs they create in Libertyville. The dealerships also support the community through the sponsorship of the Village’s youth sports teams, Main Street Libertyville events, Libertyville Days, grammar and high school sporting programs, Advocate Condell Medical Center, the Rotary Club, and much more.
